At this sad and painful time we would like to briefly introduce ourselves to you. We meet regularly for a chat and a cuppa (with cake!) in Ashington, North Shields and Cramlington. The groups are relaxed, friendly and welcoming and you are not pressured to sit and talk if you don't want to. They are run by SANDs befrienders.

We also have SANDs trained befrienders who you can chat to on 07531206784 or who are happy to meet on a 1:1 basis.

Please see Events page for upcoming Teardrop events.
